I love to cook, I can't bake to save my own life, but I can pretty much reproduce anything savoury from scratch after eating it a couple of times and having a rough idea what's in it. I have a tiny food cupboard, it only contains tinned tomatoes, condiments, rice, pasta (for when I don't have time to make my own) and flour. I always have cheese, milk and eggs in the fridge and beef, chicken, pork and venison as well as pastry and home made stock in the freezer.

I experiment with stuff too, just to see if it'll work. It's mostly successful, sometimes not. But that's what take away's for right? *G*
